Terms of Use

The services provided by the Nabtesco Gearbox Selection Program (Program) are subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU).

・How to use the Program

You must first access the Nabtesco Precision Company homepage and register as a website member.
You must bear the cost of the necessary hardware, software and means of communication to use the Program.

・Agreement to the TOU

By using the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, accept and agree to be legally bound by the TOU and disclaimer language that follows.

・Disclaimer

Nabtesco is committed to the quality of the Programs,
however Nabtesco does not guarantee the accuracy, safety and applicability to the user's application on the information it provides to you.
Nabtesco is not responsible for any damage or loss (direct or indirect) that results from the usage of the Program.

・Copyright Notice

Any information, data and/or programs that are included in the scope of the Program
belong to Nabtesco and are protected by copyright laws and other applicable laws.
Links to or distributions of the Program to any third party website is strictly prohibited.

・Program Revisions

Nabtesco reserves the rights to make any revisions to the Program and its contents or to discontinue the supply of the Program without prior notice.

・TOU Revisions

Nabtesco reserves the rights to make any revisions to the TOU without prior notice.

・Dispute Resolution

The TOU are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
Any disputes in connection with these TOU or its enforcement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Tokyo Japan,
in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of The Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
